Hotel Leela

Successfully designed and executed the EPC façade works for Hotel Leela Gandhinagar, a landmark project developed by the Indian Railway Stations Development Corporation (IRSDC) and inaugurated by Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. Recognized as India's first luxury hotel constructed above the operational airspace of Gandhinagar Railway Station, the project demanded exceptional engineering precision and execution excellence. The scope included the design and installation of Schüco German thermal-break windows with 34 mm DGU, structural glazing, decorative columns, structural dry stone cladding, and premium textured façade finishes. The project also featured specialized CNC-cut steel framing, Gwalior stone cladding, and advanced adhesive systems with modified dash fasteners for superior structural performance, durability, and architectural aesthetics.
